本應用程式是一款旅行與地點收藏工具，協助您從 IG、Threads、文字、網址或截圖 OCR 內容中萃取餐廳、咖啡廳、景點、住宿、購物等地點資訊，並整理為收藏、地圖、旅行清單及成就紀錄。
本服務不是旅行社、訂房平台、餐廳訂位服務或官方商家資料來源。任何地點、地址、分類或 AI 分析結果僅供整理與參考，實際資訊請以店家或官方網站為準。
您同意不得：
本應用程式的程式碼、介面設計、品牌名稱、圖示及其他服務內容，均受著作權及其他智慧財產權法律保護。未經授權，您不得複製、修改、散布或以商業目的利用本應用程式的任何部分。
免費方案提供基本使用次數。用戶可透過觀看獎勵廣告獲得額外使用機會。免費方案可能顯示第三方廣告內容。
本應用程式依「現狀」提供服務，不保證 100% 持續可用。因維護、更新、第三方服務或不可抗力因素所致的中斷，我們不保證可立即修復。
AI 萃取、OCR 辨識及地圖查詢結果可能錯誤或與實際地點不符。您應自行確認地點是否正確及地址是否準確。
本應用程式與 Instagram、Threads、Google、Apple 或任何社群媒體平台均無官方代理、合作或背書關係。
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用本服務、依賴 AI 或地圖結果、第三方服務中斷或資料錯誤所造成的損害負責。
免費方案用戶可能看到第三方廣告，或透過觀看獎勵廣告取得額外使用次數。廣告內容由廣告服務依其政策處理。升級付費方案可依方案內容移除廣告。
本應用程式保留在用戶違反服務條款、試圖惡意使用本服務時暫停或終止帳號的權利。
您可透過設定頁面的「刪除帳號與資料」或寄信至 tel0955850213@yahoo.com.tw 申請刪除帳號。
本服務條款可能不定期更新。重大變更時，本應用程式將通知用戶。繼續使用即表示您接受修訂後的條款。
本服務條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋與執行。因本條款所生爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

By using 存起來, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the App.
The App is a travel and place-saving tool that helps you extract place information — such as restaurants, cafés, attractions, lodging, and shopping — from IG, Threads, text, URLs, or screenshot OCR content, and organize it into saved places, maps, trip lists, and achievement records.
The service is not a travel agency, hotel-booking platform, restaurant-reservation service, or official merchant data source. Any place, address, category, or AI analysis result is provided for organization and reference only; please rely on the merchant or official website for actual information.
You agree not to:
The App's code, interface design, brand name, icons, and other service content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App.
The free plan provides a basic number of uses. Users may earn additional uses by watching rewarded ads. The free plan may display third-party ad content.
The App is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee 100% continuous availability. We do not guarantee immediate fixes for interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, third-party services, or force majeure.
AI extraction, OCR recognition, and map lookup results may be incorrect or differ from the actual place. You should verify whether the place and address are correct.
The App has no official agency, partnership, or endorsement relationship with Instagram, Threads, Google, Apple, or any social media platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on AI or map results, third-party service interruptions, or data errors.
Free-plan users may see third-party ads or earn additional uses by watching rewarded ads. Ad content is handled by ad services under their own policies. Upgrading to a paid plan may remove ads depending on the plan.
The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts when users violate these Terms or attempt to abuse the service.
You can request account deletion via "Delete account & data" on the Settings page or by emailing tel0955850213@yahoo.com.tw.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. For material changes, the App will notify users. Continued use indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For disputes arising from these Terms, the parties agree to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
