本隱私權政策說明「存起來」（以下簡稱「本應用程式」或「我們」）如何蒐集、處理、使用、保存及保護您的個人資料。本政策以台灣個人資料保護法為主要基礎，並參考美國、澳洲及越南等地常見的隱私權要求，協助您了解本應用程式的資料處理方式。
當您使用 Apple 或 Google 登入時，我們會接收必要的帳號識別資料，例如使用者 ID、電子郵件、顯示名稱、登入提供者及頭像連結。這些資料用於建立登入狀態、同步您的收藏資料及辨識帳號擁有者。
您在本應用程式中建立或儲存的地點名稱、地址、座標、類別、想去/去過狀態、備註、旅行清單、成就紀錄、來源貼文網址及來源文字，會被用於提供收藏、地圖、清單、同步及成就功能。
當您貼上或分享網址、文字或截圖時，我們會處理相關內容以萃取地點資訊。截圖功能優先在裝置本機使用 Apple Vision 進行 OCR；OCR 後的文字可能會傳送至後端進行地點分析。
我們會記錄您的方案類型、每月使用次數、配額狀態及優惠序號兌換紀錄。免費方案可能顯示第三方廣告；廣告服務提供者可能依其政策處理廣告相關資料。
當您透過意見回饋、隱私權請求或帳號刪除流程聯繫我們時，我們可能會處理您的電子郵件、帳號識別資訊及問題內容。
我們使用第三方身份驗證與雲端資料庫服務來處理登入、安全儲存、收藏地點、旅行清單及成就同步。
我們使用地圖資訊服務查詢地點的地址、座標及地點 ID。傳送給地圖服務的內容通常包含地點名稱或城市，不包含您的帳號密碼。
我們使用 AI 文字分析服務從公開網址、貼文文字或 OCR 文字中找出地點。請勿提交您無權處理的私人或機密內容。
免費方案可能使用第三方廣告服務。付費方案及退款由 Apple App Store 依其政策處理；我們不會取得您的完整信用卡資料。
我們不會出售您的個人資料，也不會將您的收藏內容提供給第三方作為獨立行銷名單。
您可以依適用法律要求查詢、閱覽、更正、補充、停止處理或刪除您的個人資料。您可以透過設定頁面的意見回饋功能或寄信至 tel0955850213@yahoo.com.tw 與我們聯繫。
本應用程式不是為 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦不會刻意蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。若您未滿 13 歲，請勿使用本應用程式。
本應用程式為原生 iOS 應用程式，不使用網頁 Cookie。我們使用裝置本機儲存技術保存偏好設定及登入狀態。第三方廣告服務可能依其政策處理廣告相關資料。
若我們知悉您的個人資料發生未經授權存取或外洩，且依法需要通知時，我們會依適用法律採取合理通知與補救措施。
我們可能因服務調整或法規要求更新本政策。重大變更時，我們會在應用程式內通知您。

This Privacy Policy explains how 存起來 ("the App" or "we") collects, processes, uses, retains, and protects your personal data. It is based primarily on Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and also references common privacy requirements in the United States, Australia, and Vietnam, to help you understand how the App handles data.
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the necessary account identifiers, such as your user ID, email, display name, sign-in provider, and avatar URL. This data is used to maintain your sign-in state, sync your saved data, and identify the account owner.
The place names, addresses, coordinates, categories, want-to-go/visited status, notes, trip lists, achievement records, source post URLs, and source text that you create or save in the App are used to provide the saving, map, list, sync, and achievement features.
When you paste or share a URL, text, or screenshot, we process that content to extract place information. The screenshot feature first runs OCR locally on your device using Apple Vision; the OCR'd text may be sent to our backend for place analysis.
We record your plan type, monthly usage count, quota status, and offer-code redemption records. The free plan may show third-party ads; ad providers may process ad-related data under their own policies.
When you contact us through feedback, a privacy request, or the account deletion flow, we may process your email, account identifiers, and the content of your request.
We use third-party authentication and cloud database services to handle sign-in, secure storage, and syncing of saved places, trip lists, and achievements.
We use a map information service to look up place addresses, coordinates, and place IDs. The content sent to the map service generally includes place names or cities, and does not include your account password.
We use AI text-analysis services to find places from public URLs, post text, or OCR text. Please do not submit private or confidential content that you are not authorized to process.
The free plan may use third-party advertising services. Paid plans and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store under its policies; we do not receive your full credit card details.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not provide your saved content to third parties as a standalone marketing list.
Under applicable law, you may request to access, review, correct, supplement, stop the processing of, or delete your personal data. You can contact us via the feedback feature on the Settings page or by emailing tel0955850213@yahoo.com.tw.
The App is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.
The App is a native iOS application and does not use web cookies. We use device local-storage technology to save preferences and sign-in state. Third-party ad services may process ad-related data under their own policies.
If we become aware of unauthorized access to or a breach of your personal data and notification is required by law, we will take reasonable notification and remediation measures under applicable law.
We may update this Policy due to service changes or legal requirements. For material changes, we will notify you within the App.
